5 Easy ways to sky rocket your energy

We all have those times when we’re not feeling our best and our energy is low, whether it’s in the morning, late afternoon, or around dinner time.  Before you grab that 2nd cup of coffee or extra large cookie, try these steps -

1 – stick to your regular exercise routine.

2 – don’t let yourself become starving, eat small snacks when you start to feel hunger.

3 – water, water, water.

4 – get enough sleep.  I know it’s easier said than done, but pick a time to start your bedtime routine and stick to it.

5 – load up on nutrients.  Food is your fuel, when you feed your body high quality food (along with plenty of produce which is packed with essential nutrients) you’ll have fuel to last throughout the day.
