I’m an At-Home Yoga Specialist, mom of 2, and a healthy family cook who teaches people how to have a sustainable and incredibly fulfilling yoga practice done from their space on their time. My passion is helping you incorporate yoga and healthy eating seamlessly into everyday family life to maximize energy, health, productivity, and happiness. Because, with a regular at-home yoga practice and simple food swaps, you'll look and feel better than you ever thought you could. I know this because yoga and food are not just a part of my life but are also my passions, my hobbies, and my retreats.

Who wants to worry about commuting to and from the gym, working around someone else’s schedule, or whether or not you’re wearing the right outfit? Having a personal at-home yoga practice is easier, more sustainable, more personalized, and requires much less time and money.

I believe that every body thrives on yoga and home cooked foods (assuming you don’t have a deep frier in your kitchen). Knowing simple recipes and healthy tricks will allow you to save time and money in the grocery store and kitchen. I can teach you how to be confident in all of your food choices and know that you’re fueling your body for a life of happiness, health, and success.

MY STORY

I grew up in Connecticut as a healthy, active, ‘normal’ kid. Unfortunately after a few crazy years at college, I fell into a very crappy lifestyle with some serious side effects (weight gain, poor complexion, appendicitis, gall stones, and arthritis). I decided to do something about it in hopes of not just fitting into my old pants again but also to just feel better. I soon discovered yoga, learned to cook simple dishes, and educated myself on the importance of whole foods. The changes that I saw and felt were so incredible that I constantly had people asking me for advice. I decided to build my business around helping people drastically improve their life through yoga and nutrition, just as I did for myself.

TRAINING

I purposely sought out schools that teach a wide variety of techniques so that I would have the tools to customize programs to your needs, making each class, each session, and each meeting unique.

I received Yoga Alliance certifications from Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica and Joschi Yoga Institute in New York City, and have also completed certification programs in Prenatal Yoga, Yoga Dance, and Children’s Yoga.

I received my training to practice health coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and am also certified by the American Association of Drugless Practioners as a Health Coach.
