Yes, you should be eating more vegetables and less sugar.  We all know this but why don’t we follow it?  Sometimes we get to a point in our lives where we need someone else to step in and not only set us back on track, but also discover exactly what track it is that we should be on.  I am here to support, educate, and empower you to take back control of your health once and for all.  As a Health Coach (someone who is a nutrition expert, wellness authority, and supportive teacher) I will hold you accountable for your actions to ensure that you’re finally able to meet your specific health goals.

Don’t worry, you won’t need to swap your favorite foods for ones that taste like cardboard.  We will work together to find the foods that make you feel your best while satisfying your unique palate.  I love food and don’t think that it has to be boring to be healthy.  Learn to finally stick to a healthy food plan, not because you ‘should’ but because you love the way you feel on it!  Let me work with you to find the food and lifestyle choices that best support you because no one diet works for everyone.
